Browsing
You can browse the Merlin Shop and add items to your personal shopping basket without any obligation to buy, so you can easily see what's on offer and check the prices.

To find the collections you are interested in, browse using the Product Category list which appears on the left of the page. These will give you a list of matching collections along with a short description. Click on the collection name to go to that collection's page.

If you cannot find the collection you are looking for it is probably not for sale online. A complete archive of all Merlin/Topps Europe products, with details of availability online and direct from us can be found here.

Collection Pages
Each collection has a description and a picture, usually of the album cover so if you've seen it before you'll know what you're looking for.

At the bottom of the page will be details of the individual items for sale, eg album, stickers and binders.

To add items to your shopping basket, without any obligation to buy, enter the quantity you'd like for each item and press the Add to Basket button.

Individual Stickers
You can order the last few stickers you need to complete your collection.

Enter the sticker numbers you need in the boxes. You may only order one of any particular sticker number. When you have completed your selection press the Add to Order button.

Shopping Basket
Each time you add items to your shopping basket you will see what you currently have in it. You can also go straight there by clicking on the View Basket link which is on the left of the page.

You may change the quantity of any item in the basket or to remove an item set the quantity to zero. You must press the Update Total button after changing any quantities or your changes will be lost.

Use the Continue Shopping button to go back to the last product page you viewed or you can continue browsing.

If you would like to buy the items in your basket you can press the Buy Now button. If not the items will remain in your shopping basket for 24 hours, after which it will be cleared.

Log In
Before you can enter your payment details and finalise your order you need to log in to the Merlin Shop. You need to do this so that we know where you are ordering from so that we can calculate the postage cost for your order (this is normally nothing for the UK and Irish Republic).

You may already be logged on in which case you will go straight to the payment details page.

Registration
The first time you buy from us you'll need to register your name and address. We need this so that we know where to send the items that you're ordering.

If you have items in your shopping basket these will still be there after you have registered so you may continue with your order.

Payment Details
You will see a confirmation of the items ordered, with postage costs added. Fill in your payment details. These will be transfered to our server over a secure connection. You can still change your mind or go back and add more items to your shopping basket.

When you are sure you want to send you order press the Send Order button. Only do this if you want to buy the items shown. If you are under 18 years old please check with a parent or guardian before you send your order.

NOTE: We do not charge your credit or debit card until the point of dispatch.

Ordering by Phone
Using the Merlin Shop to order online is the most convenient way to buy direct from Merlin. However you may also place your order by phone. (Individual Stickers cannot be ordered by phone). Please call:
